GIANTS Cup Zone Finals results

There was a record number of teams involved in this year’s GIANTS Cup Zone Finals, with teams travelling from places such as Eden, Albury and even Western Sydney to be involved.

There was a total of 32 teams involved which included:

• 7 teams in U14 Boys
• 7 teams in U16 Boys
• 7 teams in Open Boys
• 6 teams in U15 Girls
• 5 teams in Open Girls

This year’s Champions of the GIANTS Cup are:

U14 Boys: Xavier College, Albury (2nd place Kildare College, Wagga)
U16 Boys: Mater Dei College, Wagga (2nd place Finley High)
Open Boys: Scots College, Albury (2nd place Erindale College, Canberra)
U15 Girls: Hay Memorial High School (2nd place Kildare College, Wagga)
Open Girls: Finley High (2nd place Lake Ginninderra College, Canberra)

It was great to have the Albury schools involved for the first time and they even took out two of the age groups!
