AFL Riverina Umpire Coaching Panel Announced

AFL Riverina and the Riverina Umpires Association are pleased to announce the appointment of the Coaching panel for the 2013 season.
 
Experienced local umpire Duncan Potts has been named Umpire Coach Manager and has formed a coaching team that will provide a wealth of experience and commitment to ensure the continued growth and quality of the local umpires.
 
The coaching panel will include:
 
Field Umpire Coaches – Pat O’Donoghue, Greg Walsh, Tim Beard and Lee Barclay.
 
Junior Umpire Coach – Adam Roberts
 
Goal Umpire Coach – Rick Firman
 
Boundary Umpire Coach – Col Banks
 
Strength & Conditioning Coach – Craig Ambler
 
The coaches will meet for the first time in late January to formulate a coaching plan for the season. Training will commence at Maher Oval on Tuesday 29th January at 6pm. All current, new and past umpires are welcome to attend. A BBQ will follow training.
