NAB Challenge tickets on sale
The Sydney Swans and GWS GIANTS will play two matches apiece in NSW, before rounding out their respective campaigns with a head-to-head meeting in Canberra.
The NAB Challenge marks the return of Australia’s Game in 2015 and this year’s competition will see many of the most iconic regional and suburban football grounds across the country host AFL football.
Every match across the opening three weeks of this year’s competition will be played at regional or suburban venues around Australia, while the fourth and final week will see matches played at metropolitan AFL venues to maximise team preparations ahead of the Premiership Season.
For the first time in over a decade AFL and club members with game access will have free General Admission entry to those NAB Challenge matches in which their club is competing (subject to availability, upgrade fees may be applicable).
A range of fan engagement initiatives, including post-game kick-to-kick on-ground at every match across the opening three weeks, will also be a feature of this year’s NAB Challenge.
Matches will be played in every state and feature a number of games at venues that don’t normally host AFL football during the Premiership Season, including Blacktown International Sports Park in Western Sydney, and Albury/Lavington in the south of New South Wales.
Furthermore, three venues will host official AFL pre-season matches for the first time, including Drummoyne Oval in Sydney’s inner west.
